The Cochrane Library Web of Knowledge

The lists of references provided are printable and can be edited to delete irrelevant articles.

Current Contentsproduced by the Institute for Scientific Information issues two weekly publications (among its nine) especially devoted to clinical research:

  • CC « Life Sciences » indexes 1,350 periodicals,
  • CC « Clinical Medicine » indexes 1,120 periodicals, of which some are listed in both publications.

Other online sources yield references without applying qualitative criteria, such as Embase Medline and Pascal.

EBM searches apply qualitative criteria, as in the case of the Cochrane Library :

  • DARE (Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effectiveness)
  • CAT (Critically Appraised Topics)
