6. Train yourself!
6.1 If Ebola is suspected, select the actions you can do when handling a suspected patient case:
Pipette with the mouth
While providing care to the patient and during all parts of work with a potential risk of exposure follow carefully safety rules and wear a PPE
Dispose of needles, sharps and blades with the normal waste or forget them on the laboratory benches or elsewhere (use hard boxes for incineration)
Work in pairs
Do not wear gloves when handling samples for daily work
Practice how to put on and put off the PPE
Do not disinfect the glove-wearing hands after each contact with VHF patients or after contact with infectious body fluids
